Earning the Second (& Third) Visit from Your First Timers

Executive Roundtable Discussion | Zoom | Free (valued at $150)
Save Your Seat
Includes a 10-minute educational presentation.

You already know the second visit is cheaper to earn than the first. What's harder is getting them to come back as soon as possible while working with a small team that's stretched thin.

This is a working conversation about the gap between shows and what's working around timing, onboarding, and whether the first visit gave someone an experience worth repeating.

You'll Walk Away With

  • How other arts organizations define first timer and other audience types

  • How other arts organizations are engaging with newcomers the first 24-48 hours after their visit

  • How other arts organizations are retaining audience members

  • What loyalty means to other smart arts leaders

We'll open with ten minutes from Paola Cacciatori at Artelize on retention behavior from 5,000+ newcomers and from Nicole on what to do with that information. Then, the table is yours.

Space is limited to 15 participants to ensure a great converesation.

Your Co-Host

Paola Cacciatori
Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer

Raised as a bilingual child, Paola was exposed from a very young age to diverse environments and cultures. When she discovered her strong passion for Performing Arts and Nature, she completed her studies in Wildlife Conservation Biology (Master Degree) together while working internationally as a professional Opera Singer for almost 20 years.

This eclectic background results in her unique perspective on analyzing, interpreting and structuring ‘wild’, fragmented  data environments.

For over 10 years, she successfully brought this approach in building innovative platforms such as Truelinked and modernizing others such as Operabase, starting the technological revolution in classical music.

Today, as Co-Founder and Chief Commercial Officer at Artelize,  her unique expertise and strong enthusiasm is crucial in the mission of bettering the sector of Performing Arts to make it more structured, more directly available and inspiring worldwide.
