Conducting a full brand audit and then creating a brand style and voice, and working with a designer on a logo redesign.
Managing the process of a full website redesign in 2012.
Building the first social media platform on Facebook and LinkedIn.
Establishing the WAV Action blog, which featured tips on working with AV project managers and choosing gear. The audience travels significantly, and this blog also included insider advice on airports, restaurants, and cities for a fun twist. WAV Action received 40K views from 2011-14.
