Terms of Service for The Triad Group

These Terms & Conditions apply to the The Triad Group offered by NEW Marketing Solutions. Please read them carefully. By enrolling the program, you agree to them.​

1. Program Overview

The The Triad Group (TTG) is a group consulting program for nonprofit arts and culture organizations using Tessitura. The program includes (but is not limited to): monthly group consulting sessions, community access, resource libraries, optional spotlight sessions, and limited 1:1 support and strategy calls.
 

Scope of Services

The TTG is designed  to serve multiple organizations at once. Each membership tier includes a defined set of services and access, outlined on our website or membership materials at the time of purchase.
 

To keep things equitable and cost-effective for all members:

  • While we do our best to address individual projects during group consulting sessions, they are designed as a cost-effective solution for you to grow your audience more effectively and better understand and use Tessitura to accomplish that. They are not intended for deep-dive work on individual projects unless specified.
     

  • 1:1 time (in applicable tiers) is limited and focused. Members are expected to come prepared with specific questions or challenges.
     

We love helping members move forward — but to keep the program sustainable and fair, we may gently redirect requests that go beyond your tier or scope to a template or upgrade to a higher tier or custom service.

If you need more support than your plan includes, we’re happy to talk about upgrades or add-ons.
 

2. Time Commitment & Manager Awareness

The TTG is designed to support strategic progress — not just passive learning. To get the most out of this program, members should plan to attend monthly group consulting sessions that are relevant to their role live whenever possible and set aside a small amount of time each month to apply what’s discussed.
 

We strongly encourage members to speak with their manager or department lead about this time commitment upfront. These sessions are not just workshops — they’re opportunities for strategic thinking, skill-building, and cross-departmental alignment. We’ve seen the most impact when organizations treat this as real work time, not an “extra” on top of the day-to-day.

Right now, we plan to hold group consulting sessions on a set day and time; however, we plan to add more sessions as the membership grows.

We’re happy to provide talking points or a brief program overview for anyone who needs support in securing that protected time.

 

All TTG consulting sessions, support, or strategy calls take place on Zoom.

3. Payments & Billing​

Membership is billed monthly.
 

  • Membership is billed monthly and is auto-renewed unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. Payments are processed via Stripe.

  • We reserve the right to increase prices at any time; however, we will give 30 days notice.
     

You are responsible for keeping your billing information up to date. Failure to make payments may result in suspension or removal from the program.
 

90-Day Money Back Guarantee

We want every new member to feel confident that TTG is a smart investment in their work. This guarantee is designed to support provide new members with a low-risk way to explore the program — not as a fallback for inactivity or bad behavior.

If you're not satisfied, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within the first 90 days of your first enrollment.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Someone from your organization must attend at least two live sessions.

  • Not have violated TTG rules of conduct (see clause 4)

  • You must schedule a brief conversation with us so we can try to address the issue. If we’re not able to make it right, we’ll issue a full refund with no hard feelings.
     

The guarantee does not apply to re-enrollment after cancellation.

Locked in For Life

Founding members of The Triad Group receive special pricing that won't increase, even if our standard rates go up later as long as you keep your membership active and without your tier.

If you cancel and rejoin later, you’ll come back in at the current rate.

Membership Cancellation

The Triad Group operates on a month-to-month membership model. As much as we want you to stay, you can cancel your membership at any time — no long-term commitment required.

Simply email us at nicole@new-marketingsolutions.com before your next billing date. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.

Partial Refunds

We want you to get as much as you can out of this program and do not offer partial refunds for unused time or missed sessions.

4. Member Rules of Conduct

We’re building a supportive and respectful space. Members agree to:
 

  • Attend monthly group consulting sessions.

  • Maintain confidentiality of peer-shared information.

  • Treat fellow members and facilitators with respect.

  • Participate in discussions and feedback in good faith.

  • Not share any recordings, templates, or resources provided by NEW Marketing Solutions outside of your organization, resell them, or turn them into your own offerings. 
     

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any member who violates these expectations.
 

5. Use of Materials

Program resources, recordings, and tools are for your organization’s internal use only.

They may not be shared publicly, resold, or used to create derivative products without written permission.
 

6. Coaching & Consulting Disclaimer

While the program includes strategic consulting and training, outcomes are not guaranteed. You are responsible for how you implement recommendations.

The TTG does not provide legal, financial, or IT support services.
 

7. Changes to the Program

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue prices*, program features, sessions, or offerings. We’ll notify you of any significant changes in advance.

 

* Founding members are excluded from price increases.
 

8. Data & Privacy

We collect only the information needed to deliver the program effectively and will never sell your personal data. For more details, please see our privacy policy.

Any information you share with us is also confidential.
