She's led teams across 15 countries and 6 continents and lived internationally, all while consistently achieving double-digit growth and coaching her team members to become C-suite executives themselves. Keli’s commercial success was firmly grounded in her priorities of supporting, challenging, and developing her staff.


Now a speaker and leadership coach, Keli is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and is certified in multiple tools like DiSC, MBTI, Hogan, and several others. She shares her practical experience by assisting leaders to better understand themselves and their teams, creating a common language that can be implemented across an organization.


Keli is passionate about leadership development within non-profits and embodies the principle that investing in people directly impacts engagement, fundraising, inclusion, and broader society.
