Anastassia Lavrinenko

With a wealth of experience as a Tessitura and TNEW expert and ticketing database administrator, Anastassia has been a key figure at the Toronto Symphony Orchestra for nearly a decade. Her role involves managing the symphony's ticketing architecture and overseeing the redesign of the e-commerce pathway, a project that significantly enhanced the organization's audience experience.

She's known as a creative problem solver and strategic thinker who considers the full picture, including how small, immediate, and efficient changes can affect the organization's overall strategy.

Anastassia's goal is to continue to support the performing arts community in Toronto and beyond by contributing her Tessitura and TNEW expertise.
